Job Summary: Applicant will repair and identify problems with HVAC equipment in the schools which includes controls, chillers, cooling towers, water source, heath pumps, ice machines, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, and upright regfrigeration equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Applicant will be required to possess skills in preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment throughout the school district which includes ERV units, Pumps, EMS Controsl, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Outdoor Condensing Units.
- Applicant will be required to work on natural gas, propane gas, oil fired burners for hot water heating, and commercial boilers for the heathing loops in the main building.
- Applican should possess electrical trouble shooting skills for HVAC and commercial equipment.
Job Requirements:
- Universal certification for refrigerants and have 5 years minimum experience in HVAC work.
- Completion of HVAC training from a vocational school or training center.
- High School Diploma and be at least 23 years of age.
- Ability to work heights up to 40 feet.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
